How is postage calculated?

Our system works out the postage according to weight and not the number of items. This ensures the fairest and cheapest cost to you.

TYPICAL POSTAGE FOR MOST MEDICINES ( INCLUDING FRONTLINE, DRONTAL, PANACUR AND HORSE WORMERS )

IS ONLY £1.50 IN THE U.K, AND FROM ONLY £1.75 TO EUROPE!

All U.K parcels up to 1.5kg in total weight will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class.

We offer up to 28kg for a maximum postage of £6.99, these will be dispatched by one of our courier services.

So take advantage of this offer and stock up on your pets medicines without extra postage.

When will my item be dispatched?

While most orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day we do not guarantee this.

In any matter, your order should be dispatched within 3 working days.

If you would like to check stock availability, you can contact us via email.

How will you keep me informed?

You will be emailed when your order is dispatched. You can also track the status of your order anytime by logging in to your account.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our customer services team. Therefore please make sure you supply us with the contact number you are most readily contactable on.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we deliver to anywhere in Europe (EU).

Our system automatically calculates postage costs for Europe at the checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase.

If not any item with the exception of medicines and products specially obtained or manufactured can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund if unsoiled and unused

and sent adequately packed and carriage paid.

Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an "official recall".

If an item is believed to be faulty it should be returned for inspection and it may be necessary to forward it to the manufacturers for testing before replacements or refunds can be authorised.

This does not infringe legal rights.

The returns number must appear on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. We advise customers to use an insured method of shipping and to retain proof of despatch.
